Bi-Metal Band Saws

It is used in cutting all kinds of metal pipes, profiles, structural steel, hard steel and stainless materials on band saw machines. The tooth form, tooth pitch and quality of the saws vary according to the type, hardness, wall thickness and cutting method of the material being cut. There are two different steel qualities as Bi-Metal M42 and M51. The tooth tips are saws with a hardness degree of 67-69 Rc.
